I was conceived two times. But miscarraige happened in three months both time

I am facing delay in my period cycle. Never faced such issue before and this month its about 10 days delayed. I am 27 years old and getting married in december. I am much worried about this.kindly help me.

I have been having really bad ovary pain. Usually starts from one side to the other, it has taken me to stay overnight at the hospital. I had 2 ultrasounds done and they don’t find anything. But it wouldn’t hurt for no reason.
