I did an ab work out so I’ve been quite tense. Yesterday the pain in my lower stomach what I thought could be my uterus and it be period cramps. I had some blood at night of a dark colour I thought it could be start of my period but it’s the middle of the month

Am having my period from 1month I had ultrasound and nothing had came in it doctor suggest me to eat richer cr well is it use full to me..It will stop my spotting

I am 29 years old, and I am very regular with my periods and per calculation I am due to get them on 2dec or 3 dec, my wedding is on 3rd dec and after that I am leaving for vacation, can you please suggest any confirmed mean to prepone the periods by 7-10 days. Thanks !

Hello. Ask ko lang po kse nagkaroon po ako nung sept. 28 tapos natapos ako ng october 3 tapos nag contact po kme ng asawa ko nung october 4 and 6 . Tapos sa loob po nya inano. May chance po ba na mabubuntis agad ako non ?

I have been diagnosed with PCOD 6 yrs back.I started taking Krimson 35 with glyciphage 500mg(2 tabs/day).I continued them for six months and then started having regular cycles.After stopping them the cycles became irregular again.Please tell me whether I should start having them again.I am obese and go on regular evening walks to control my weight but the cycles still are very erratic.I had my last period in June.Please advice.Has my cysts increased?Do Krimson reduce cysts?

I didn't got the periods from almost 1 year i m 16 years old i got my periods late at the age of 15 and it disappear after 2 months
