Excessive Bleeding
I have been having irregular periods and the doctor prescribed me Crina NCR 10 mg for 10 days, twice a day. She told me that I would have my periods after 2-3 days which I had but the bleeding is excessive. I had a pause 500mg tablet but to no avail. Please suggest what should I do ?

I got retained product of conception . Ultrasound report says Endometrial cavity is distended and measures 16 mm with E/O echogenic material with fluid is seen within. Some are saying I need medication and some are asking for minor surgery. PLEASE suggest me the the best way.
