I have been having mild to severe lower abdominal cramping and pain for many days. I’ve also missed my period which happens quite often. This time is different because I am slightly bleeding and it’s more pink than red. I used a tampon for an hour at most and taken it out to see that’s it was dry blood or some brown substance.
