My periods got delayed by 2 weeks and i visited the doctor and doc gave me NCR tablet.After using that i am getting cramp pain in my abdomen.. is it because of the tablet?

Hi, I have pcos, I generally have irregular periods but they happen with 2 months gap or sometimes 45 days after. But this time I got my periods early.
