Pregnancy and Infertility

I've 6.05 * 4.99 cm intramural fibroid in my uterus. I haven't conceived yet & wants to conceive now. Is it possible?

Earlier, I had very few periods in the month, I have been 2 days only but now I have been continuing periods for the past two months.

Ive been on my period for 19 days straight. Its normally 5-7 days. It was a normal I havent really been cramping or anything for the past 12 days. My stomach is still bloated and the flow has not been heavy for the past 12 days but its constant. The blood is bright red. I cant afford to go to urgent care or anything. What should i do or what could be the cause? This has never happened to me before.

I m ttc since four years.. i tried for iui last month.. doctor gave 2 injections because my follicles were not naturally growing.. but still no growth until 18th day of my cycle.. dr said no chances of iui last month.. i was for my next period which was on 17th dec... now periods got delayed by 8 days.. is der a chance of conceiving??

I do urine test but its show a negative result so now what can i do becuse perds late about 2 mnth and my period start in 18 my age now i m 18.5 age pls hlp me

I've a vacation scheduled 15 days hence and that is the time my period starts, I wish to know how 5o prepone or postpone my periods, so that it doesn't fall from 7th to 12th
