I have my abortion 4 days ago but I have no bleeding right now? What should I do?

I had hypothyroid in pregnacy .i had taking 50mg for 8.9 tsh then my thyroid tsh level low after 3 month 0.16..dctr reduce my medican 25mg after taking medican after 2 month thiroid incress 8.9 again dcrt suggest me take 37.5mg after1.5month again i check my tsh level high 9.7 why ...i m so worried pls help what i do ....

I recently had an abortion on 31st October and then had the implant for contraception on 1st December. I have been bleeding off and on,heavy and light since late November and so I saw a gp that provided me with the pill in which I have been taking for 3 weeks,however,since taking them,there has been no sign of the bleeding going. I have also been having pains in the left side of my stomach, any advice ?

Yesterday I experienced a lot of viginal bleeding and it's wasn't my period as it finished 2 weeks ago. Lost about 3 cups of blood with just little pain out of no where . The bleeding lasted 5 hours and stoped . What is the cause of that and should I be concerned ?
