What is the perfect test that can be taken for hiv at 6th week? Please advise

My last lmp is 30 Nov from dat day m not getting my periods and dr suggested gestin tab den also it won't came please help me

Yesterday was my date but it didn't happen. Tdy morning slightly bleeding is happening. I'm having breast pain dizziness nausea cramping sleepy tiredness.

My period is regular with fixed interval. On 10th day of period, whole abdominal test report showing a dominant follicle size 19*13mm . What is the chance of conceiving on this cycle. And which day will be best for me ?

I had d and c on jan 10 for MMC at 9 weeks 2 days. Bleeding didnt stop after d and c, on 18th day heavily bleeding with clots and dr gave me misoprostol 4 tabs to have 2 days. Then also bleeding didnt stop after 1 week and dr had done usg and said retained tissue and again i had mifepristone and misoprostol tablets to get out of leftover tissue again after 4 days Dr said i have thick endometrium 15.5mm. Is it normal after MMC. Its 4 weeks since i had d and c. When will my bleeding stops?

I am 37 weeks now. Till my last checkup one week back my baby was breech .. is it safe having healthy baby by breech or baby will have any difficulty after birth.
