Came off pill 3 months ago and my period only seems too last for not even 1 full day

Recently i have done hsg test as my right tube is not there...ectopic gestation was appear my right fallopian tube was removed..and in hsg report is written that "Endometrial cavity is normal in size n shape.and free peritoneal spill is seen on left side..Interstitial and proximal isthmic part of right fallopian tube is seen.Distal fallopian tube is not opacified with contrast with no evidence of spill" Kindly explain the report problem with me...

Endosafe tablet for pcos what is the use of that how that tablet helps for preganency?or I should take hmg and hcg injection my AMH is 11.25ng/ml and hsg test is normal I have thyroid too .thus thyroid link with pcos

Hello doctor , Quite from some time my peroids are not regular , it almost come after 55 days of cycle. I checked with my thyorid , i dont have any thyroid issue.
