Hi I didn’t get my periods from last three months. I took regestrone for 5 days and today is the 3rd day I haven’t got my periods. Took home test that came negative.. what is wrong?

After how many days after taking deviry pills periods occur??n there is some white discharge also which is sticky??

I am unmarried.... I am out of my periods for 6 months. I don't have any thyroid issues and non diabetic. The only problem is my prolactin level is high. Can you please suggest me if it is a major issue.
