Sometimes periods vl occur in 30 days n in some months extend to 40 days or sometimes more than that is it will be a cause for infertility

I have prolonged periods of 7 days this time. I got periods for only one day during my last two period cycle. Will it be because of this. I don't have any pain or overflow in this prolonged period. I have folic acid tablet as suggested by doctor.
