After a week of taking unwanted 72 I thought I got my period but I just bleeded for a day. Would this be spotting or withdrawal bleeding?

I'm 29 years old and trying to conceive. I have PCOS and I'm taking Metformin with Alpha lipoic acid500+200mg. My TSH was found to be 4.73 and my free T4 1.23. Should I take any thyroxin tablets? If yes what dose? Kindly suggest. I'm worried.

I want to delay my periods for a week, can I take femilon pills (I have taken femilon before for my irregular period problems) n here my confusion is my period date is 18-3-2018 presently I want to delay my periods in next month I.e.
