Pregnancy and Infertility

Every since I had my tubal ligation after having my 3rd cesarean birth, I have been having a menstrual cycle twice a month and it last for 12 days. I had heavy periods and bad cramps until I had Novasure some over a year ago. The days of menstruation were minimized to 9 days for about 6 months but they returned to 12 and some of the bad cramping returned. I would like to know if there are any other options besides a hysterectomy and what could be causing this?

I am having a irregular periods problem I didn't get my periods for past two months? But I took more measure to get my periods Eg. Papaya juice, pineapple like that but still didn't get my periods?

Sry i frgt to mention that m already in treatment more than a 1 year.last time too i was given induction inj. Atlast 10 days after faint + it got miscarrid during that 10 days i was not given any tabs nd inj to keep that strong r to grow.
