I didn't get periods last 3 months doctor advice me to take meprate tablet but I didn't get get so tell me what to do next procedure

Periods stopped from last 6 years . Is there any problem ? Why it happen ? Suggest solution and hb is 11% and iron levels weak in body and sometimes get higher Bp recent times 130 /85

I have taken a abortion pill avort kit 1st dose last night . But it hasn't started bleeding yet .Should I take remaining pills as per the advice or what.

Hello doctors I had unprotected 20 days back n den I took sysron n tablets for 5 days n den after 2 days I got bleeding n cramps which lasted for 2 days n 3rd day I had little blood wit no cramps den 5th day I hav no cramps and breast pain is also gone but at 7th day I am facing mild cramps what does it means ?.?
