Pregnancy and Infertility

I (post-menopausal, 50, Mirena IUD inserted 10+yrs ago) was today diagnosed with polyps via hysteroscopy. Gynae noted endometrial hyperplasia & poylps. One polyp has grown around the IUD, they attempted removal but were unsuccessful due to pain, so have scheduled me in under anaesthesia in 2 weeks (2 days before travelling [13hr flight]). I would like to know whether this is wise, given the DVT risk & am I still likely to have post-op pain that would inhibit a lot of walking/activity?

Mam my gf is anemic from birth. Her mom also anemic but we knew that last year after that I conform it is genetic . She is anemic because her mom is anemic ..

I took regestrone cr 10mg tablets twice a day for only one day so when I will get periods

Can u smoke while using the mtp kit..if so how many cigarettes ..6weeks and it not a heavy smoker

My periods got over 5 days back and since then I've been having occasional abdominal pain. At first the pain persisted with lower back pain but now its just in the abdomen..

My period date last month was 10th March 2018. Today is 13th my period has not yet come. I am having a white curd like discharge. And stomach is paining. Is this curd like discharge normal before periods Please suggest some home remedies for period and decrease discharge

Report by doctor is : Right ovary 17 cc and left ovary 14 cc. Both ovaries show altered stromal echo with more than 12 small follicles in size range 2-13 mm seen mainly peripherally. Pouch of Douglas : No fluid. Abdomen screening reveals grade l fatty changes in liver. No renal imaging abnormality. No adrenal mass.

I have been on hormone medicines (Primolut, duphaston, loette) since dec'16. I have recurrent infection since sep'17. Suddenly, situation has gotten worse and I am spotting continuously along-with pelvic pain since last 1 month. Doctor has given me multiple course of anti-biotics but nothing is helping. Please suggest what should I do?

Hi. I m 30 years old and married since a year and trying to conceive.i am have been taking treatment for pcos. My Dr had put me on regestrone for 21 days due to irregular periods and start with siphene tab for 5 days from second day of my periods which I did today afternoon since then my abdominal pain and bleeding is severe. Should I continue with the other 4 tablets?
