Is there any relation between being  fingered and getting spotting 15 days before period. Can this cause hormonal problems or deckining in estrogen level

I was told by er i have a ovarian cyst on my right ovaries. I have taken meds and even tried home remedies of herbal tea, molasses, cider vineger. Yesterday I had major diarrhea. I began hurting bad but after the diarrhea i h=felt so much better. Today i am sore in my back i domnt know if u have shrunk the cyst or it has gotten big.
