My follicular study shows left ovary 19x 11 mm and right nil whether im ready to concieve

I’m 24 yrs old doctor said u can conceive spontaneously but due to force in home I started using letrozole from 5th day BD and I went to follicular study regularly 18th day my left ovary follicle is19x16 ET 9mm they said to take hcg when the follicle 20 but when I went on 20th day they said ruptured follicle with 10mm ET and With triple layer.My LMP:26 March Doctor advised sustane 200 suppository this time can I conceive but no symptoms of implantation

Hi my last period was april 9th today is my 10th day i went for folicular study my left ovarien egg is 15*14mm and my et is 6.50mm. Is this normal measurement for conceiving. And i when i want to take a relationship with my husband

Am 28 yrs old unmarried female diagnosed in ultrasound pelvic scan with bilateral polycystic ovaries nd small subserous fibroid measuring 2.5*1.8cm in posterior wall of uterus. right ovary measures 3.9*3.5*1.9cm,left ovary measures 3.3*2.9*2.1cm both ovaries show multiple pheripherally placed follicles with central echogenic stroma.i hv my periods on time without any delay...kindly advise wat treatment should i undergo for subserous fibroid & pcod?
