10 days sir No period was there after using 3 unwanted 72 pills in one month

I'm a 28 year old female with 3 children. I had my third baby 6 months ago. At my 6 week check up I had an IUD implanted. For the past 3 weeks or so I've been having really sharp pains in my stomach, abdomen, and lower back. As well as nausea. I have yet to stop bleeding from when I first had tbe IUD implanted. I don't have a pcp yet, and I don't know what to do.

I recently changed from the combined pill to the mini pill. I was half way through a pack of the combined pill and just changed to the mini pill the day I got it. About 4 days after this I came on my period, and I assumed it was a withdrawal bleed from the combined pill. However, the heavy bleeding has stopped but I am spotting every single day, enough to need a sanitary towel. Sometimes it is black/brown old blood and sometimes it is red. Will I have to wear a pad every day now??

Hello Doc, I have scanty Periods problem and have been advised to take duphaston for 2 weeks. My period date is 13th of every month and on having ultrasound on 23rd of this month, have found that my uterus lining is 11.8 which is good as per doc. But have issues in shedding the eggs every month. Will this med be useful in this case?

So I'm 23.. 40+kg not thick but not thin either.. The problem is my breast don't look like its supposed to at my age.. Its so sad that I've tried literally everything but nothing seems to work.. Please help..
