I need to take tablets for delaying my periods. However, I've been getting my periods only for 2 days in the past 2-3 months. I've never had such a problem before. I've been under immense stress since 2-3 months. So is it safe to take these tablets considering the fact that I've been getting my periods only for 2 days? Or will it have any adverse effect.

Hi, I am 31 years old and trying to conceive since 4 months. My periods are due on the 2nd but I usually have it a few days before the due date. Yesterday, 29th April, I had just few drops of bleeding and then nothing at all for many hours accompanied by acute lower back ache. I also felt feverish and very weak. I normally have backache on the first day or as a PMS but this time it was so much that I could not sleep properly in any position. I thought since it is first day, it is light. But even today the bleeding hasn't started normally. The pad is still not wet. What could it be?
