After my second delivery I have heavy pain in buttocks at the time of toilet come but no blood is coming only heavy pain

I have taken FSH/LH Prolactin, Sr Estradiol, Sr AMH, Sr Testosterone levels tests on doctor's consultation. All test results are in range except Sr Prolactin which is 37.59. I am posting this as I want to know will this Prolactin level will cause any issue for conceiving.

Hi Doctor, I got my 2nd menstruals in the same month within 10 days.. on 7th got menstruals with less flow and stopped by 3rd day, i.e on 9th, again started on 17th n more than my regular flow. This situation occurred for the 1st time in my 15 years of this menstruals cycle.. it's scaring me a little bit as I heard it may lead to harmonal imbalance. Could someone suggest me, what could be the reason? Iam feeling more of tiredness, back pain, more sleepy, more hungry and sometimes not..
