Hi, it is now a month since I delivered my baby after a cesarian operation. When is it safe for me to: - use a belly band to tuck my belly back to its original form - start exercises. What kind of exercises are safe? My bleeding has not stopped yet.

My periods at last month was 22 and today is already 30 of dz month I hav not yet got my periods this month. From yesterday I'm taking M2 tone capsules and how many days should I continue this tablets to get my periods. And I need immediate periods because from 1week I'm getting the pain but my periods is not arriving. Evn I tried lot of home remedies like having papaya jagry pineapple pomegranate and vinegar juice but still I hav not got my periods can u please help me with some medicine name

I used Misoprostol and bleeding was average But water was coming out is this normal!

I have missed my cycles and I am unmarried and had no relations. I had a dental treatment a month ago and that time also I had my cycles fprm1 day only.
