I have a functional cyst in my right ovary. I have been prescribed meprate for 10 days and femilon for 6 months. My periods are normally regular and bleeding is also normal. But this month there have been just spotting and and no bleeding. Is there anything to worry about

Hi doc iam a pcos doc suggested me some tabs lik drosperion ethyl estradiol  24 tab  and metformin hydrochloride too ..  and by the way i lost weight also .. so doc said metform goes well on you .... last month i got periods the very next day Sheet is completed and again she suggest to to use same this month too but this time us sheet has 21tab this sheet has completed on 30th of may but up to now no periods .. but i hav full periods symptom nd pain .. why doc ? Whn will my periods start .. full pain from 2 days
