I have very very few rpoc it's necessary 2 clean or it can cure by tablets please tell me in details

I am a female of 27years old having PCOD problem.I missed my periods in the previous month inspite of taking Meprate.Ds month I was suggested to take Duloton L twice a day for 10days.I took 21tabletes as per the dosage.Today is the 7th day after completation of the dosage but my periods have not yet been started.Shall I wait for 3more days/consult my gyno ??Does Duloton L necessarily cause period?

In scan report I got very very low rpoc it can cure by tablets or I have clean it please help me the radiology told me no need to clean it very low but doctor to clean it I have already 3 c-section so what better

I have two different size of breasts. The difference is not much and it is not much visible but can be felt when pressed. Is it a serious issue to worry about? Do i have high chances of breast cancer??

Last time i had my periods on 28 april Still i have not get the periods So i have done sonography Sonagraphy has following results Bothries show multiple small cysts arranged peripherily with central echogenic stroma s/o polycystic ovaries Right ovary shows 3.5 × 3.5 cm simple cyst

I will be traveling on 21 st Nd my period start date is same I need medicine to postpone the date . I am 39 yrs old
