I am 33 and my wife is 30 Married from past 2 and half years. We plan to have baby We had been trying for past 4-5 months but it's not fruitful yet. How to move forward

I have missed period for about 19-22 days. My Husband and I are TTC for a 3rd Child. I’ve tested with HPT but it comes out negative. I’m experiencing bloating, giddiness, nausea (on and off) since earlier June.

I haven't had a period in at least a year. I take Lo Loestrin FE (birth control) every day and take the placebo pills each month but still haven't had my period and I'm wondering if this is normal or if something might be wrong.

Having a thyroid problem since 2 years and under medication . Continuous fever remains in body since 2 years . Since 2-3 months menstrual period occurs for very short span 1-2 days only with very small amount of menstrual blood , previously the period was 5-6 days with perfect mentrual blood. And now since 15 days there is some problem in urination , there is a itching and burning sensation while urination and other times of the day too . Kindly give a suggestion .
