With endometriosis, I was on birth control that stopped my menstrual cycle all together. After several years I had to stop as I was compromising my fertility. I am starting to have UNBEARABLE cycles. I have tramadol AND toradol, I just need to know which one is going to help me better. I took 800mg of ibuprofen about 3 hours ago and it hasn't helped. Its also important to know that I may be heavily drinking for a birthday party tonight. What is my safest yet most effective route?

I am 26yrs, married for 1& half years. Now planned for conceiving June month. My last periods 11th June. Had contact btw 25th and 28th June. Had sort of pain during the last few days like periods. Yesterday night I found some brown colour blood & some particles in my underwear. So I used my sanitary pads for later observation. &when I waked morning, I saw my pad was full &was light red or pinkish in colour. The only thing I worry is heavy. Is this miscarriage? No call. This is pragya here..I have pcod but usually my period comes in 40 45 days...today my period came just after 30 days and it is nt a normal flow...its kind of spotting with some fluid and it is of pure black colour.I am scared and I always have use protections while getting intimated..some says its sign of miscarriage.my mother was a cervix cancer survivor.I am afraid is it cancerous coz its in pure black colour.help

Used to face spotting issues for 6 months. Stopped in between for 3 months, now again started. These last for good 4-5 days.
