Both the tests are negative still no period till now. I'm having regular periods till now missed my period on 6th July

My right ankle has swollen since 2 months postpartum. Earlier it used to swell only when I stand for prolonged time usually becomes normal after overnight sleep. Now that I manage things on my own I don't even get proper rest right ankle is constantly swollen and painful. Somedays I go for a walk, it pains like hell after sometime. I am overweight. Is that causing the issue. Please let me know which specialist should I visit as I am planning to join work in some time.

So I take my birth control pill every day. and this past month I had skipped my placebo week because I was in a different country and was on and off planes frequently. I am halfway through my month's cycle of birth control and I am starting to get period symptoms and bleed to the point where if I do not wear a pantyliner or pad, it will leak through my underwear. Should I stop taking this month's birth control? or should I keep taking it and wait it out until my placebo week? I am a little worri

From 2 months she was having pain in abdomen and also periods . 2 weeks ago she visited the doctor she gave only medicine didn't told about any test . Again her periods started when she stopped medicine. Then we go to another doctor and other doc. said thyroid test and thyroid was 8.9 , so that doc gave medicine to control thyroid and said to continue for 3 months . But my sister's pain wasn't stopped so we went to another doctor . That doctor said for sonography and in sonograph she said cyst of 8 cm formed so she gave medicine . And said it can control the cyst . But i am worried about this ,is it possible to remove such a peice by giving medicine ?

Is it normal to have low grade fever of around 99.2-.3 before periods? i have a tendency of fever from 4 years. but this time i am facing this problem mostly before my periods.

My usual date of getting my period is 5th but this time a weird thing happened that i had some spotting for two -three days on 27th and no pain in the stomach , no proper bleeding just spotting.
