Hey it's been 28 days and I have not got my periods. I tested 6 times it's coming negative . What can be the reason for delayed period and till how much time should I wait

I am not getting sufficient milk production for my baby. Can I use ' let there be milk' drops to increase milk production or pls suggest to get milk
