For the last 2 weeks iv had Very watery discharge that’s a little yellow in colour and smells different

Before two months I think miscarriage happen d a due to over taking of vitamin C.After that in every period I am facing more pain and bleeding is also happening more than before.Is it any symptom and if it is then what can be?

I travelled to Mexico last week and since returning on 7/23, I’ve had these horrible periodic stomach cramps. Initially a day after returning I also headaches and chills. These only persisted for a day but I’ve had the stomach cramps constantly since returning. Additionally, my bowel movements have been runny and watery since maybe 5/21 (it started while in Mexico). I tri d to let it pass figuring it would clear up but the symptoms have not seemed to change. Should I go to the hospital?
