Can i take beta hcg blood test 5 days before my period is due that is on 11 august. will it give accurate results?

I took contraceptive and now I'm waiting for my periods. Yesterday i had a little  spotting but the next day when I went to pee I saw something like bloods tissues/ blood clots. I saw those clots for 2 days whenever I peed but now I'm peeing normally. What it is actually?

I have been suffering from  white discharge for 1 month n have irritation and paining near the virginal opening. I checked with gynecologist bt I got acidity by thanking the medicine. For some time white discharge slows down bt now again I have white discharge n paining.

I inserted multiload but wd that i had continous bleeding but thn i take meprate for 10 days than after 12 days my periods again start and continue for 20 days so i take trano-mf and remove multiload on 8 july but my periods date was 21 june but now my periods not come on 21
