Pregnancy and Infertility

I had cramps stomach pain back pain and vomiting and flow of blood is irregular so I can't eat anything that time

I am 31y/o with regular periods(30-31), ovulate regularly( hv mittelschmerz). Am hypothyroid(usng thyronorm ). This month I am anovulatory(no mittelschmerz) and late period. TVS shows endometrium thickness of 14 mm ovaries normal on day 39. Doc gave me crina ncr to get the period. Is this endometrium thickness too thick? Last scan was 6 months ago and thickness was 12 mm 3 d before period. My previous scans shw thckness 8-9 mm 3 days before period. Shd I b wrrd abt current/increasing thickness?

When I hold my pee in, I rub or sit on my foot to ride the urge out until later. On and off my period, I wear a pad, and I have noticed a brown discharge or stain. Is this normal or should I be worried?

I've tight and kind of swollen breast and it keeps on paining. It is happening from last 3 weeks. Before it used to happen before periods but now it is continous after periods. It is so in comfortable and has continous pain.

Some times itching cant be tolerated and become redish  and small rashes occur and i keep my undergarment clean then also... some times itching less.. give me d solution why this happen...

I had an abortion recently. And it was successful. After 3 weeks I am getting a brown discharge. I should be expecting periods now. But I am worried is the brown discharge normal?
