How to conceive with irregular periods and pcos my age is 31 years married two years back plz suggest

I had my periods 2nd which lastedfor only 2 days. I wanted to prepone my periods next month so O was sugessted regestrone twice daily for 5 days. Started taking the medicine on 5th. But I haven't got my periods yet?

Hello Doctor! I have a 9 months old baby whom am breastfeeding.Right a day before my delivery,I noticed a sac like thing under my right armpit .When enquired my gynaecology,she said it must be milk duct and it is quiet normal.Now my question is my milk supply has gone low and I never faced any clogged milk supply so far but this sac is still there and Little grown in size.The sac doesn't pain but my arm pains at times.Is this normal? Will it be there till I stop breastfeeding completely?

I was having yeast infection for which I was taking Clobitra 200 then after few days got my periods. After my periods got over with in 4 days I was having itching and burning sensation while urinating and also watery discharge than normal then I started taking Cital syrup which made my watery discharge normal but still I feel itching sometimes. I have been taking Cital since 4 days 2 times. Is there anything to worry?
