Am 34th week.. Tomorrow Am completing 8th month.. Suddenly I seen light spotting ..is this any serious ..

I have been on my periods since 13th August. I started taking Trapic 650 from 25th August evening under doctor's prescription but my bleeding has not stopped. I have undergone Hormone test which has turned out to be normal. What could be the reason for bleeding not stopping? What should be the future course of action?

I was diagnosed with PCOD, I took a course of tablets consisting of Cystellia 35 for 9 months to regulate my cycle. After I stopped taking the tablets, I got withdrawal periods 10 days after stopping it (22nd june) . I got my next period exactly one month after ie 22nd July but haven't got my period since. I got one natural period after being off the tablets and thought that the cycle is okay now but did not get August period. What should I do?
