Pregnancy and Infertility

I am trying to concieve since jun15. I have regular 28 days cycle and no pcos/pcod. I never had any medicine till Dec17. Got laproscopy done in dec17 and found that i had grade 4 endometriosis. With everything cured in the procedure we tried without any medicine from jan18 to jun18. In last 3 cycles (jul - sep) i was prescribed letroz on day 3-7 and ultrasound from day 10. I got hcg injection (5000 in 2 cycles and 10000 in 3rd cycle) when follicle was 17-19mm. But in none of the cycles my follicle ruptured. It ended up increasing to 37mm and eventually became cyst. I also got u/s on day 2 of next cycle to ensure that there is no cyst from previous cycle. My question : 1.  is there alternate way to induce ovulation in my case ? 2. Considering my history of endometriosis is there some other procedure that can be followed. I understand that IVF is the easy bet. But is there anything else that can be done. 3. Lastly, does follicle ever ruptures to release an egg once it is beyond 30mm.

Can you please help me with my reports. What does the reports say? What happened to me? What should i do?

This is the first time my period delayed by 5 days but after that due to some stress  bleeding clots appeared but after that small bleeding from last 9 days some clots Nd still continue bleeding . What's the problem...

My periods are not coming and my gynae has given Primolut N to get my periods along with blood tests and TVS. Got my TVS report it shows 2 follicular cysts in my left ovary measuring 2.6x2.5cm and 1.5x2.1cm. Are these dangerous and can they be resolved with medicine?

I am going through follicular study by tvs .my question is why we should take injection for rupture.

I have my periods on 25 august and it gets over in 3-4 days but after it gets over bleeding is still occuring daily. I am sacred of daily bleeding. It is not like heavy bleeding but it's occuring daily.. Why is bleeding occuring daily after periods also?

Is it possible to retain the uterus and ovaries by having a scheduled scan Every year to check the growth of the existing fibroids(few mm ) and developements in the uterus? Any possibilities and  advantages of retaining the ovaries  and removing the uterus only?
