...I felt extreme pain in the pelvis last night...and in the morning i collected urine that showed white spots in it

I am 32 years old female. I would always have irregular periods and now since I am married over a year now and not conceived yet, went for check up. My ultrasound scan showed that I have a haemorrhagic cyst. Can this haemorrhagic cyst be the cause of my infertility?

I was having pain while peeing from past 3-4 days. I thought it will get fine and it might be mere infection. so i started using v wash. But from today i m having bleeding whenever i go to pee and i have severe pain also.

My doctor suggested femilon for one month, I had 21 pills and I got my periods,I bled for 3days and later 10 days after my periods ,I'm getting period cramps & spotting of period Anything wrong with my hormones? I'm not on any pills after stopping femilon

Every time I got my periods on time but from last month I have spotting for 3 days in every 10 days..Is it normal??I have started doing gym from last 2 months..and I lost 2 kg weight in 2 months ...Is spotting is because of this or what...I am confused what to do..I consulted a doctor and she said it is because of hormonal change..
