I am one month late and i had to take medicine to bring my periods but from past 2 days i.e.from 2 nd oct night i having brown discharge but my flow hasn't started yet but this brown thing is continuing .. please help

My wife is having blood like fluids in her white discharge. It is the first time. she had her last period on 15th of september. she is noticing this from october 2nd. Is it a kind of infection? or something we need to take seriously? By the way, we are trying for a baby.

Actually, me and my girl friends are planning to have an outing on 17th october to 23rd october and we all are expected to have our periods by 20th of the month. So not to affect the mood and the trip, I would like to know the pills that can delay the periods for a week or to make it come earlier or if any homemade solution if possible as a quick solution.
