I have periods with medium flow and my last period date- 04/09/18. My average period cycle is 30 days. The duration of my cycle is not fixed but I have periods every month. My usual ovulation bleeding lasts for a maximum of two days but this time it lasted for about 6 days. Now, according to my average day calculation, my periods are late. They have not come yet. I am not having any other accompanied problem like pelvic pain or pain while urination. Is there something to worry about? What could be the the reason?

I am experiencing slight pain in my left breast after I got up from sleep 2 days back (Today is the 3rd day). I am a bit overweight and have not been wearing a bra while sleeping.
