Hi Doctor, My wife is planning to take Ashokaristha syrup. Please advise me is it good to take Ashokaristha, as we are planning for baby. Also if it's okay to take Ashokaristha, how should she take, early in the morning or during normal hours, and is there any food habits she should be controlling. I am having prolonged periods this month for more than 10 days now. It started around 27-28 Sept and is still continuing. The flow is not heavy like first days but 1 pad is being required per day. Also in the month of September, the periods started in a gap of less than 20 days from its last day around 15th of same month. Please advice
