Due to period issue Doctor suggested me to do scan showing polycystic ovaries can you suggest what's actual problem

Dr. I had period after 10 days of taking unwanted 72 on my regular date,but the its very lighter,not like my regular period,seems like no sanitary napkins needed, although it's jst started,but Is it normal?

What are the future health problem related with the removal of uterus .and what are the risks related with it.

What is the nature of first period after a D&C and how long does it last ? Is it any different from a normal period?

What are the prophylactic treatment of hysterectomy.please explain in detail.if only uterus are removed.

Hi Team, My spouse last period was 12-8-2018. It was 1st time post her pregency after 6 month. Then this time her period is missed for 10-11 days and we had test done yesterday. There is two line came one is dark and another is light light . We have consulted our regular gyanocologist and she suggested for a ultrasound scanning and blood test. We don't want to be parents now. It's a unwanted. I believe this is early stage. It will not cure with medicine??? Test is nessecery??? Attached Dr prescription for reference.
