6 years married life,suffering in PCOS, two times miscarriaged , last one is just one month ago . Please suggest any fruitful advice .

My girlfriend has pcod and she had taken 2 ipills in a month with a 2 week gap. Would it affect her pcod and if it does, then how?

Kindly suggest a table and dosage for postponing my menstrual cycle date. I want to postpone my date till 11 nov. My oct month date was 5th.  I track my cycle with my tracker app.  And as per that i should get my periods by 3rd nov.  But from last 1-2 month,  my periods come 1-2 days before suggested date.  So as per that i may get my periods by 1st nov. Kindly suggest a tablets and dosage.
