From when do i start taking meprate med to delay my periods and when to stop... 10mg of meprate is enough once in a day??

After 14 days of my period thier is a light red and somtimes brown discharge. I consulted to a doctor, she said dis is a sign of ovulation but it has been 4-5 days still der is discharge at times. The dr prescribed me a medicine pulse i took dat on 10 nov 2 times, after that i didnt took that medicine. But their is spotting of discharge still, n i m really worried.. Please help me

I've been diagnosed with bilateral complex adnexal cyst with fine internal echoes 65×45mm right and 54x42mm left. Ultrasound report suggested more likely bilateral chronic endometrioma than T.O cyst. What does it mean? And is it possible to cure by meedicines or laproscopy is suggested? Will it affect fertility?
