Today is my 38th day of missed period and I experiencing very little bleeding, Am I pregnent  when I need to go for test

In which day my periods( withdrawal bleeding) come after stopping the Ethinylestradiol/norethisterone

My ovalution date was 25 nov according to follicular monetering. Today i checked thriugh kit in evening its negative result and just after few minutes i see some spotting ... Is it my periods ?? I have light pain in lower abdominal from last two days . What should i do ?? Is there any chances of positive result after few days. Is it implantation bleeding or due to menses .

I take Ethinylestradiol/norethisterone for get my period immediately, doctor said it will come after 3 days of last pill,  4th day is running but still no period. What should i do?

My period flow lasts only for two days I'm unmarried but it comes on time but my flow is very less from last 6 months it's like tis only before it was normal all my reports are normal scanning n all what may be the reason
