15 days after c section delivery i am having tight stool. Today its 23 days after delivery and today i have so tight stool that i was finding difficult to walk for few seconds. I am taking vitamins and iron tablets.. Hcl folic acid etc and dry fruits too. In diet atta halwa wothou ghee. and roti daal.. And dalia.. Chiku in fruits.. Almond.. Akhrot.. Kishmish i am having ryt now. What should i do??

Hi doctor. We are trying to conceive from past 6 months. But no postive results. We consulted a gynaecologist. All scans and tests are normal. Today is my 14th day and FMs scan is done. Follicle has ruptured. . Doctor has suggested to take miprogen tablet from tomorrow for 14 days. Please suggest why is this tablet to be taken and does it help in conceiving? Thanks in advance

19 days after c section delivery i started handling baby.. Lifting from bed.. Feeding.. Changing diapers.. Massaging baby.. Some says i should take rest some says do if body allows.. I hardly sleep 6 hours a day. Does all this can effect the stitches???

My menstrual cycle is not regular(ultrasound was also done, everything is fine.. and I am a mother of 2 children and tubectomy done in 2015 and normal deliveries). Dec2nd I got period as spoting and after 10th day it was heavy with clots and I started Texa MF( 3 tablets per day after food) and I used for 4 days and today is 4thday for tablets but I am having spoting like white discharge with light red colour . Doctor suggested me Susten(not 200)...But my problem is Nausea and vomiting is I use harmonal tablets...Is there any problem like this  with this tablet... How can I overcome with this situation. Am observing facial hair on cheeks chin neck after delivery. Is this normal or should consult doctor. Is there any cream to remove facial hair permanently which came after delivery. Please reply?
