Pregnancy and Infertility

I have pcos for almost a year now and I haven't see my period for about three months,and I only did ultrasound once, please what medication can I take to bring my period back and please do you think I should do that ultrasound again

I have stop feeding my baby from past 1 year... One of my breast during shower that too if I press Hardly only minute drop of whitish milk will come out... Only one drop that too if I press hardly... Doctor had given  me pyronocotin tablets for 1 month... I have taken all this and still while bathing only if I press my breast very small drop which is negligible milk will come out... I visited doctor he told nothing to worry and check my breast for for the revelation everything was normal

Hello, i am pooja paralikar. Last period 19th oct 2019. i had a brown spotting yesterday mostly susten waste came out with brown blood. No pain or cramp. NT scan is on 14th jan 2019. Now the spotting is reduced, but only small tissue like brown thing coming out when going to washroom. Hope there is nothing to worry about it. Still using susten and taking all medicines prescribed

I'm 39weeks 3days... Since today morning twice water discharge happened... Don't know whether it's breakage of water.. Due date on 20th January .

Recently she done Quad Test and result came positive with following result: Risk Name: T21 Risk Result: Increased Risk Value: 1:223 Risk Name: T18 Risk Result: Low Risk Value: 1:81627 Risk Name: T13 Risk Result: Low Risk Value: 1:100000 Let me know , how we can proceed further? Is there any thing serious about it or it's normal.

I am on birth control Femilon-21 days. Started on 2nd day of period- 7th jan'19. +21 days will be Jan 28th. But I wish to postpone my period for another 5 days as I am travelling. Do I start another pill pack immediately? But I don't want to completely miss the period, I only want to delay it.
