I already have pcod, this month i did not have normal periods, they were in the form of spotting alongwith the discharge, is it normal? this is not normal? these are the symptoms of fibroids?? kindly guide thank you.

Hi , am a thyroid patient under medication , am experiencing period irregularities from past 4months its been 1month 20 days since i got my pms , this time i got period but very less bleeding which is only on 1st day . Since 3 days I had pain on my lower abdomen but my menstrual period is over. Sometimes it happens in early morning or evening and from 2 days I had constipation.may I know the reason why this happen?? And we are planning for baby.
