I got periods on last month(jan) 13th but till i dont get.y are these changes occur? What can i do for gettng regular periods?

Hello, how can I know my fertile and ovulation days?? Last month I had period on Jan 1 and 17 Feb is my period start.

I took unwanted 72 in december after that my period is missed. I consulted a doctor on practo who prescribed me primolut N 5mg for 4 days which I take twice each day. Even after my medicine course is completed I didn't have my periods. What should I do?
