What is the difference between these two medicines - Folsafe L or folsafe +? I am not sure what doctor has written in her prescription

I'm 18 years old two years back I had severe irregularities in periods like 2 to 3 months without periods .but the reason could be no body movement I used to just sit the whole day and study. I gained so much weight about 65kg.Then I started working hard involved in so much physical activity and gradually reduced weight.Then I got my periods regularly.Now I'm making sure I workout every day . I have been prescribed with deviry 10mg tablets and ovacare hd tablets, deviry for 5 days twice in a dat and ovacare for one months once in a day, my 5 day course of deviry is completed, i am having pale yellow urine, is it because of these medicines or is it something else?
