My age 47. Completed menses. I want to loss my weight. Can I take basil seeds(sabja seeds) dialy on early morning? Any suggest me.

Endometrium thickness 15mm and also spotting occurs before periods.. I had last period on 7 march Earlier I had PCOD but recently in ultrasound report it shows PCOD is gone ,just endometrium stripe is thick and there is one intramural fibroid of 20*27mm . Is there anything to worry..?

My actual periods fall between 15th to 17th.I am using the three tablets since yesterday,3rd apr 2019 to prepone my period. PEP RD - before food Progynova 2mg after lunch and dinner Deviry 10mg after lunch and dinner I was told that i would get by 10 or 11th april.. do i need to use tablets till the date i get my periods ? Doc prescribed pep RD-  7 and rest two 6 tablets, but twice a day , which means just 3 days usage is fine ?? And pls help me to understand usage of the 3 tablets in my case.

I'm having loose motions since 5hrs and I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 3 month old baby. Is it safe to take eldoper during breastfeeding? If not please suggest an alternative.

On 19 jan my c section was done. I bleed about 50 days from c section. Some time during these days bleeding happened some time there is nothing. But after 2 month and 13 days brown blood came with water discharge for one day and then there is nothing. Is it normal?

Thinking of conceiving... There was some bleeding 4 - 5days after full period (28/30 day cycle ended) i.e on 9th, 10th day after start of period ... Is conceiving safe now or should wait for another full period ? What can be reason for this? Is this safe for healthy baby?

Three months back, I had laproscopic myomectomy.After surgery, I had regular/normal period for first 2 months.now in 3rd month, 5 days I have normal bleeding with red color and from sixth day onwards spotting was seen with dark brown/black color blood. I am still facing spotting even after around 10 days. Please suggest.
