Hi Doctor, I got cesarean 3 years back, took proper measures as prescribed by doctors, started basic zumba last week, now my suture site is paining..it started from left side of the incision to right side now. I really don't understand what is going on. Please help.

Heavy periods with 21 days cycle. Scan shows fibroid 1.49 cm. Advised to remove uterus. Would like to know if it is necessary to remove uterus.
