My periods was delayed by 61 days.. I took meprate twice for 5days..i have very less bleeding compared with my other periods.. Is it okay!?

I delivered 8 months back. My period started during my baby's 6th month,but it wasn't like the usual period. Bleeded v less.. Then again after 40 days I had only spotting for 4-5 days, later after 45 days I got spotting again, that's now.. But it is for longer time, it's been almost 10 days I c brown discharge. But today I found some sticky jelly kind reddish discharge a lil transparent around. But it was quite a bit. More like a clot, plus I passed loose stool, mucus.. I am worried, what's happening?

Feeling cramps in stomach 3 days back and again today also from morning I felt... Mainly on left side of my abdomen...
