Pregnancy and Infertility

I diagnosed today and In my 1st trimester observed the above level is it good or a normal?? In report ranges given 0.6 - 3.4 I am unable to understand please help me.

I don't want my periods this week So can I take a period delay pill , because today only I spot my period blood and on Sunday I have to go in a function ,And how many pills should one take in a day to delay a period

I was 82kgs and had problem of irregular periods since december 2018. In feb 2019 i visited one gynac and he said i have pcod and i need to loose 10kg weight and i should be ok. Since march i started exercising and lost 5kgs in 2 months. But entire may and now june i am stuck on same weight .i.e 75.7kgs (loosing and gaining 500grms back and forth) no matter how good diet and exercise i do, my weight just wont move down. i have lost some inches too hairfall was reduced The darkness of skin is fading slowly but weight not going down. I get proper 8 hours sleep everyday and i drink 4-5 litres water daily. What do i do to loose more weight?

My periods happen for only 2 days for last 3 Months. I don't understand what can be  the causes? Please suggest if this is a problem or can cause any serious problem in future.

Dr i have PCOS 7.6 mm and i missed my periods from last 2 months so I visited gynaecologist she give me the suggestion about meprate tablet for 5 days for my periods come but after taking this tablet i do not have periods and i leave this tablet before 6 days so dr i am very tensed about it plz give me some suggestion about my periods come immediately....?

I have 2.5 years twin daughters now I have to postpone my periods , 18 June is my date before 3,4 I get periods so this month I have to post pone 3 days any body suggest me, primolut n fine
